    You send a drawing or 3D model and your requirements.

    We contact suitable manufacturers from our database of vetted partners.

    Selecting the manufacturing partner

    From at least three manufacturers we choose the right partner.

    Quote

    You receive the quote – usually within 48 hours of receiving complete documents.

  5. 5

    Order

    With your order we start production.

  6. 6

    Production

    The partner manufactures the parts to your technical documentation.

  7. 7

    Inspection measurements

    In-process and final inspection; CMM measurement by agreement.

  8. 8

    Delivery

    Packaging, dispatch and logistics to Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

What documents we need

The more complete the documents, the faster and more reliable the quote.

  • Technical drawing or 3D model (STEP preferred).
  • Material and standards.
  • Quantity or annual demand.
  • Tolerances, surfaces and special requirements (e.g. certificates, CMM report).
  • Desired delivery date and destination.

Documentation and quality

On request and by agreement you receive EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, measurement reports (CMM) and First Article Inspection. In-process and final inspection are part of the process.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

We usually send a quote within 48 hours of receiving the complete technical documents. For more complex parts it may take a little longer – we always keep you informed.

How does cooperation with Werkia work?

You send us the drawing and requirements, our engineers review them, we select a suitable manufacturing partner and send you a quote. After the order we take care of production, quality control and delivery.

How is the right manufacturing partner selected?

We select partners by technology, material, capacity, quantity, tolerances, quality requirements and deadline. Every partner is vetted before joining the network.

Can Werkia make prototypes?

Yes, Werkia arranges prototype and series production. Prototypes are made on the same technologies as series parts.
