MIG, MAG, TIG and arc welding of steel, stainless and aluminium. NDT inspection. Surface treatment. Delivery to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
MIG, MAG, TIG
and other methods
We cover all common metal welding methods. Every weld is inspected to EN ISO 5817.
- MIG
MIG welding (GMAW)
Metal inert gas (Ar, He). For aluminium and stainless without oxidation. Clean weld, minimal spatter.
- MAG
MAG welding (GMAW)
Metal active gas (CO₂, Ar+CO₂). For structural steel. Fast, economical, suitable for series production.
- TIG
TIG welding (GTAW)
Tungsten electrode, inert gas. Highest weld quality. Stainless, aluminium, titanium, Inconel. Visible welds.
- EL
Arc welding (SMAW)
Coated electrode. For heavy-section structures, repairs, on-site work. Steel S235–S690.
From drawing
to finished structure
We handle custom welded part manufacturing end-to-end — from drawings to a finished, surface-treated structure.
Material preparation
Cutting, shearing, bending and joint preparation according to WPS (welding procedure specification).
Fixturing and welding
Fixtures for accurate positioning, welding following the certified WPS procedure.
NDT inspection
Visual inspection (VT), penetrant (PT), magnetic (MT) or ultrasonic (UT) per standard.
Post-weld heat treatment
PWHT (stress-relief annealing) to eliminate residual stresses — on request.
Surface treatment
Blasting Sa 2.5, epoxy primer, powder coat, galvanising — finished part ready to install.
