Which surface treatment is right for my part?

For steel in outdoor applications we recommend hot-dip galvanising or powder coating. For aluminium, anodising is the first choice. For decorative surfaces, wet paint or powder in RAL colours are ideal.

Can you coat parts from other suppliers?

Yes. Werkia also accepts pure coating orders for parts not manufactured in our network.

What layer thicknesses and inspections do you offer?

Layer thickness measurement, cross-cut test (ISO 2409), salt spray test (ISO 9227) and adhesion test on request.

Do you issue a coating certificate?

Yes, for every order we can issue a report with measured layer thickness and adhesion values.
